Business Internet Fibre Bundle and Free Subscription Promotions

Terms and Conditions

1.          The Business Internet Fibre Bundle and Free Subscription promotions will be valid for three (3) Months, from 14 August 2021 to 31 October 2021.

2.          The Business Internet Fibre Bundle and Free Subscription promotions will be offered on the Business Internet Fibre Uncapped Lite and Uncapped Premium 10Mbps, 20Mbps, 50Mbps & 100Mbps service plans.  

3.          The Business Internet Fibre Bundle promotion is offered with the following Value Added services:

a.           LTE Backup (50GB)

b.           VoIP – 1 VoIP Number & 250 minutes

c.           Norton Security Deluxe (5 Devices)

d.           Cloud Based Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic (OneDrive 1TB, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

4.          The Business Internet Fibre Free Subscription promotion will be offered on Business Internet Fibre Bundle Uncapped and Premium service plans  on 24-Month and 36-Month contract terms as per  below:

a.         2 Months Free Subscription on 24-Month Contract terms, after which the subscription will revert to the standard monthly subscription charge will apply.

b.         3 Months Free Subscription on 36-Month Contract terms, After which the subscription will revert to the standard monthly subscription charge

5.          The Business Internet Fibre Bundle and Free Subscription promotion will be valid for customers in selected Vodacom Business Parks/Buildings and Malls where Vodacom Fibre Network competes with other Fibre Network providers (i.e. Openserve, Frogfoot, etc.).

6.          The promotion will be valid for customers who sign up for a Vodacom Business Internet Fibre service plans on 12, 24 and 36 month contract term.

7.          The promotion is valid for new customers who sign up for Business Internet Fibre Uncapped Lite and Premium service plans.  

8.          The deal price offered on the Business Internet Bundle promotion will apply for the full duration of the contract term selected.

9.          The Business Internet Fibre Bundle service plan provide customers with an allocation of data to use per month, which is dependent on the plan chosen. The monthly fair usage indicators for the Business Internet Fibre service plans are as follows:

10.    The Business Internet Fibre service plans get throttled once the fair usage policy threshold is breached. Business Internet Fibre Uncapped service plans will be throttled to 15% of its original Bandwidth and Business Internet Fibre Premium service plans will be throttled to 25% of its original Bandwidth.

11.       All standard Business Internet Fibre, LTE Backup, VoIP, Norton Security and Cloud Based Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic terms and conditions apply.

12.       The Business Internet Fibre Bundle and Free Subscription promotion is subject to Vodacom standard terms and condition.

13.       Vodacom reserves the right to extend, vary or terminate the promotion at its own discretion.

Termination & Cancellations

14.    Customers will need to inform Vodacom one (1) calendar month in advance for any cancellation/termination request to enable Vodacom to complete processing of the cancellation/termination.

15.    Customers can request for any cancellation/termination by contacting the Vodacom Customer Care line or their Account Manager.

16.    Cancellations within the contract period will carry a penalty equivalent to all the remaining subscription due for the remainder of the 12-Month, 24-Month and 36-Month contract period.

17.    Customers that cancel their contracts before the end of the contract period will be liable for all the Vodacom CPE and subscription charges as well as all amounts paid by Vodacom to the network provider on behalf of the customer such as the:

a.       Vodacom CPE (router),

b.       Vodacom Fibre monthly subscription,

c.       Cost of installation of the ONT,

d.        Service activation charges
